**About the Role**
- Develop and maintain equipment asset register and formulate replacement programs.
- Ensure routine and preventive maintenance planners are followed.
- Maintain valid and effective records for venue safety and mandatory certificates.
- Support Spectra venue operations on event variable costs (cleaning, waste, FA, utilities, etc.)
- Assist with AQC bulkhead movement, pool conversion, and distance surveys for FINA events.
- Supervise team to ensure venue cleanliness, hygiene, and operational readiness.
- Prepare venue for event bump-in and reinstate after bump-out, including asset condition tracking and damage cost reporting.
- Conduct periodic condition-based assessments and manage venue lifecycle projects.
- Develop a 5-year lifecycle replacement plan with budget and timeline.
- Ensure project outcomes are delivered on time and within budget.
- Investigate and respond to complaints from public, athletes, and associations.
- Approve work authorizations with due diligence and event de-confliction.
- Ensure all work complies with WSHA and SSH safety standards.
- Manage venue risk registers and review hazard control measures.
- Promote and uphold Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards and safety culture.
- Support company core values and perform related duties as required.
**About You**
- Degree in Engineering or Facilities Management with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Diploma in Facility Management/Building Services/Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of soft services operations (cleaning, waste management).
- Willingness to work long hours and weekends during events.
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with focus on improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of local regulations and compliance standards.
