Overview

Join us in shaping asset development projects across Singapore Sports Hub. You will lead initiatives that elevate customer experience, improve operational performance, and sustain the long-term value of our assets.

This role combines project management, design coordination, and governance oversight — offering the opportunity to take ideas from concept to execution. We are seeking a self-starter who can translate ideas into executable plans, establish frameworks where none exist, and collaborate effectively across teams to deliver lasting improvements to our assets.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Scoping

  • Lead the planning, development, and delivery of asset development projects, from concept design to completion.
  • Provide Contract Management support for various projects in Kallang Alive Precinct's Venues including tender and preparation of contract documents and ensuring compliance with the corporate governance standards when managing the procurement and contract process.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in consultation with business units and stakeholders.
  • Translate operational requirements and design concepts into feasible, cost-effective project briefs.
  • Provide technical and design input during project scoping to ensure functionality, maintainability, and lifecycle value.

Execution & Delivery

  • Manage consultants and contractors to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery of Infrastructure Enhancement and Improvement Projects.
  • Oversee project implementation, facilitating cross-functional coordination with business units coordinating across business units and stakeholders to integrate works seamlessly.
  • Monitor progress, risks, and expenditures, and implement mitigation measures where necessary.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design intent, safety standards, and statutory regulations.

Governance & Framework Development

  • Develop and formalise structured governance processes — including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), templates, and workflows to guide project initiation, review, and implementation, and to strengthen consistency and accountability in delivery.
  • Prepare and present documentation for management approval, tender evaluations, and variation justifications.
  • Create tools and documentation to support long-term asset planning, tracking, and lifecycle renewal.
  • Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across teams and projects.

Skills & Requirements

  • Degree in Architecture, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Construction Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in managing A&A projects within large-scale public, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
  • Familiarity with corporate governance processes, procurement frameworks, and budget management.
  • Experience in infrastructure development for sports or entertainment venues will be an advantage.
  • Good working knowledge of construction contract management, project management methodologies and tools.
  • Confident and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Solid organisational abilities with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
