**Job Summary**:
Primary responsible for managing the financial activities of the organization, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies, and providing financial guidance and support to the management team. You will play a critical role in analyzing financial data, developing budgets, monitoring expenditures, and making strategic financial decisions. Your expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis will contribute to the overall success and growth of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Conduct financial forecasting and modeling to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

Budgeting and Cost Control:

- Develop and manage the annual budgeting process.
- Monitor budget adherence and variances, and provide regular reports to management.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement effective cost control measures.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure budget compliance and optimize resource allocation.

Financial Operations Management:

- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
- Manage cash flow, forecasting cash needs, and optimizing working capital.
- Monitor and maintain financial systems and internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
- Coordinate financial audits and liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, accounting standards, and best practices.

Team Leadership and Development:

- Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs.
- Promote continuous process improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a finance manager or in a similar financial management role.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Sound knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $5,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
