**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a finance manager or in a similar financial management role.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Sound knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
