Senior Manager (Hospitality Asset Management) | Closing date: October 31, 2025

Asset Management (Hospitality)

**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the General Manager (Hospitality Asset Management), your key responsibility is to lead the asset management function on assigned portfolios independently. You will be required to monitor and analyse the performance of the Group’s hospitality properties, including operational data and profit and loss statements, prepare monthly asset management reports, conduct monthly performance review calls and provide guidance to the team. You will also support the annual budget process and budget review, as well as develop short
- and long-term strategies, including asset enhancements and redevelopment/extension plans, in consultation with the leadership team.

**Requirements**:

- Business-related degree with a strong emphasis on Hospitality Management, or with a strong emphasis in the academic curriculum in Analytics, Statistics, Finance or Real Estate
- At least 5 to 6 years of working experience in either hotel finance, hotel revenue management, hotel asset management or a consultancy role in the hospitality industry
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and influencing skills
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the market, with the ability to review and analyse business and market information to make recommendations based on the information gathered
- Effective communication skills to drive meetings with hotel senior team
- Team player
