Join us in our new venture - Mr B Cafe - specializing in local & western delights
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a café, ensuring smooth service, maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality, and managing staff.
- Train new staff and managing staff scheduling
- Ability to handle customer's complaints, feedback, or handle disputes and de-escalating issues that arise.
- Monitoring inventory levels, reporting discrepancies, and restocking supplies
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the cafe.
- Participate in planning for the cafe's promotional activity and new menus.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience working as a managerial/supervisor position
- Obtained Food hygiene certificate
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Knowledge in menu planning and food costing
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging work environment
- Willing to work on weekends and shift rotation

**Schedule**:

- Operational days - Tuesdays to Sundays
- Operational hours - 0800-0030
- Schedule and roster to be arranged with the Managing Director
- Not more than 44hours a week. Any overtime incurred will be paid accordingly.

Pay: $3,200.00 - $3,700.00 per month
