Our front-of-house crew represents the service and overall hospitality of the café. You should provide consistently excellent customer service and ensure are comfortable and satisfied throughout the visit. The position requires someone who is a team player, service-orientated, and passionate about the industry.

As a member of our front-of-house team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring guests have a memorable experience. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing friendly and efficient service to customers
- Offering menu recommendations when requested
- Processing customer orders using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system
- Ensuring timely preparation and serving of orders
- Assisting with table setting and clearing during various meal periods
- Supporting the shift manager in planning and organizing special events
- Addressing and escalating customer feedback as needed
- Maintaining proper hygiene practices in line with food & beverage safety standards
- Undertaking any other duties assigned by the manager

**Requirements**:

- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Previous experience in F&B or Retail is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player with a friendly demeanor
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work on weekends and public holidays

**Job Type**: Internship

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
