**Roles & Responsibilities**

PPP Coffee is looking for a client services member to be part of its account servicing and sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our clients in our businesses in Singapore through acquiring new business account and maintaining relationships with our existing clientele, within the Restaurants, Cafes, Hotels and Corporate Offices.

**Job Scopes**:

- Identify and generate new target clients.
- Support and grow both new and existing clients account.
- Manage a portfolio of HORECA and corporate clients.
- Prepare product proposals and/or presentations and quotations whenever necessary.
- Handle and provide professional and timely advice to our clients for queries relating to our business/products, working in close coordination with relevant departments.
- Cross-sell products and/or services across the PPP Coffee Group to new and/or existing clients.
- Schedule in-person meetings with HORECA and corporate clients in Singapore.
- Coordinate any programs and/or activities (when necessary) with designated clients in Singapore.
- Support in achieving set goals for sales and performance, working both independently and within a team.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably 1-3 years of sales experience.
- Ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team as well as independently.
- Strong interest in specialty coffee.
- Experience and knowledge in coffee brewing and coffee machine is a great plus.
