**Responsibilities**
This role requires an enthusiastic self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic start up environment. He or she will have an important part in supporting Managers and Employees in Singapore and across the Asia region.
Reporting to the CEO in Singapore and working closely with an HR Consultant in the short term to create and embed HR processes and set the future people plan. Also working with key functions across the company and members of Liquid Group’s leadership team. The role is currently home based with future opportunity for hybrid working.
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR activities for the Head office in Singapore as well as advising on HR and people matters for Asia locations including Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia
- Mange the end to end employee life cycle including recruitment, onboarding & offboarding, retention, compensation & benefits and training & development.
- Plan, implement and evaluate employee engagement activities and ensure efficient and up to date HR policies, procedures, and practices.
- Work effectively with the outsourced Payroll vendor and HR Information System platform to administer payroll, benefits and track leaves
- Ensure statutory compliance by monitoring and adhering to MOM guidelines including CPF, FWL and IRAS contributions and submissions
- Ensure Mangers are effective in regularly assessing performance and identifying talents as well as supporting them with employee management
- Co-ordinate external training programs based on employee and business needs.
**Desired Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR preferably from a tech, start up or corporate environment
- HR qualifications, undergraduate degree or similar level of experience and skills
- Experience in leading or supporting a range of HR projects and processes and dealing with all levels of stakeholders
- Strong people, influencing and organisation skills. Strong understanding of MOM regulations and familiarity with fair and progressive HR best practices.
