The C&B Manager is responsible for the full spectrum of compensation & benefits, payroll, HRIS and reporting functions of the HR Division. Lead the C&B Operations team to ensure timely and accurate monthly payroll processing, manpower reporting, contracts preparation, onboarding and offboarding activities and advises employees on HR related matters in accordance with the HR and company policies.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- 6-8 years of progressive HR experience in HR operations with focus on Compensation & Benefits
- Excellent analytical skills and able to multi-task
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HRIS BIPO system will be an advantage
- Advanced level excel skills and good presentation skills using powerpoint
- Good understanding of MOM legislations and related statutory laws
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead the C&B Operations team in payroll processing, contracts monitoring and renewal, and manage employee life cycle transactions
- Manage HR audit and ethics & compliance requirements
- Oversee HRIS systems for all HR modules and work with regional HQ on new requirements, upgrades and testing
- Participate in annual salary and bonus review exercises
- Participate in compensation and benefits benchmarking exercises with external survey providers
- Advise business line managers and employees on people related matters in accordance with Company and HR policies
- Participate in HR projects and programmes, e.g. m&a activities, digitization and automation to optimize HR work processes
