**Job Description**:
You will be supporting the day-to-day HR operations and strategic matters focusing on Compensation and Benefits which cover employee engagement (Welfare/Activities/CSR), Learning & Development, Rewards and recognition, compensation and payroll management, HR Policies & Procedures and compliance. To deliver people management capabilities to support employee's development.
Supporting the HR Manager, you will need to identify and deliver HR strategies and compliance to support business goals and drive results with the responsibility for HR functions.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 7-8 years in managerial capacity and preferably in retail environment.
- Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations, HR best practices, C&B analysis and training related function.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
- Meticulous, flexible, open-minded and possesses positive attitude.
- Hands-on and be able to engage the teams.
