Assistant HR Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Directly managing the HR operational areas including recruitment, development, talent management, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations
- Conduct exit interviews and to review feedback to improve on retention rates
- Assist the HR Manager on developing HR Report, and quarterly rolling forecasts
- Handle workers’ disciplinary and grievances issues
- Co-ordinate staff level annual performance appraisal, annual increment & bonus exercise
- Support the recruitment process; sourcing, shortlisting, and onboard of employees
- Assist all HR projects where needed
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-4 years of professional HR generalist experience
- Experience in Workday will be advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
