We are seeking an experienced HR professional to support Compensation & Benefits initiatives in a public sector project. The role focuses on reward strategy, performance management support, and policy development to ensure competitive, fair, and effective HR practices across the organisation. Govt Project ExposureLocation: Mapletree Business City (Labrador Park MRT)Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office HoursContract Duration: 12 Months (Subject for extension) Package: Up to $8,000 + Statotory leave benefits Job Responsibilities: Compensation & Benefits Support the development and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies. Manage annual salary review processes, performance-related bonuses, and benefits administration. Conduct market benchmarking, salary analysis, and internal equity reviews. Provide guidance to managers on compensation matters and policy interpretation. Performance & Rewards Support the performance management cycle, ensuring alignment with organisational frameworks. Provide advisory support to managers and employees on performance processes and reward decisions. Contribute to improvements in performance and rewards policies. HR Policy & Governance Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with local legislation and organisational guidelines. Partner with stakeholders to strengthen HR governance and process consistency. Stakeholder Management Work closely with senior leaders, HRBPs, and cross-functional teams to support C&B initiatives. Manage external vendors, consultants, and service partners where required. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline. Minimum 5-8 years of HR experience with a strong focus on Compensation & Benefits.
