**Manager, Business Development**
We are a company where our core business is estate planning services.
We provide estate planning courses for people to be equipped with the knowledge and skills to understand more about this often-neglected planning.
We build our distribution channels through professionals who would like to provide estate planning solutions, by onboarding them after they have completed our courses.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Sales**
- Establish an active pipeline of leads through outbound and inbound efforts.
- Proactively develop new leads.
- Ability to hunt and develop new opportunities to expand our reach.
- Maintain regular updates of the pipeline for reporting.
**Business Development**
- Develop and cultivate good business relationships.
- Provide support to various distribution channels.
- Implement strategies to optimise growth in existing distribution channels.
- Implement regular outreach activities to maintain brand awareness and conversion.
- Prepare updates of the above pointers in a weekly report for presentation.
**Requirements**:
- Self-driven, resourceful and results oriented.
- Skilled in presenting to a large variety of audiences.
- High level of integrity with accountability of work and good attitude.
- Excellent EQ, problem solving, lead generation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills with proven ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks.
- Meticulous and shows pride in accuracy of work.
- Customer-service oriented with a passion to exceed client expectations.
- Ability to lead a team and value add to their personal growth.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Prior exposure to finance, insurance, marketing, strategy, and operations, is preferred.
**Work Arrangements**
- Location: Central (Tanjong Pagar)
- 5-Day Work Week
- 13th month salary
- From $3,250, negotiable based on experience.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $3,250.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
