Operations and Human Resources Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and execute the end to end recruitment process.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance. Track monthly KPIs. Lead front office team to improve internal processes and customer experience
- Provide forward-looking solutions to address issues
**Requirements**:
- A degree
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast changing environment.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint tools for data analysis, building manpower charts, etc.
- Good numerical sense, meticulous and a strong problem-solver
Competencies
- Service Management: Review the organisational services workflow
- Performance Management: Implement and monitor strategies for individual and departmental performance management and review outcomes for gap analysis
- Staff Training Management: Identify learning needs of staff and coordinate staff training including on-the-job training (OJT) in accordance to organisation learning and development frameworks
- Data Analytics: Identify underlying trends and patterns in business data using statistical and computational techniques and tools
- Business Continuity Planning & Operations: Facilitate the development of business continuity strategies and plans
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
