- Department: Commercial- Location: Singapore- Responsibilities- Help Seller Engagement Team in Events Preparation that involves working with internal stakeholders as well as external stakeholders.
- Coordinate delivery of project outcomes that align with project plans with Events Agency
- Coordinate the acquisition of event speakers with internal Stakeholder
- Coordinate with office administration on clients' invoicing and payment.
- Work with various venture to ensure event communication plans are executed
- Document clients' requirements that align with event scope and objectives.
- Highlight project implementation issues and deviations from plans in project reports and meetings.
- Troubleshoot any issues and deviations to the project plans.

**Job Requirements**
- Has working experience in the Events industry or similar experience
- Has great interpersonal skills
- Experience in communicating with a variety of groups of stakeholders at different levels
- Effective organization and time management skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, Excel and PowerPoint experience required
- Independent (with mínimal supervision) and quick-witted who is eager to learn, with an eye for details
