- Analyse commercial performance and operation metrics of sellers in the program, and recommending solutions to optimise new sellers performance
- Formulate education materials for sellers on policies and marketing campaigns/resources available
- Support lead qualification of seller for incubation program
- Provide positive engagement experience with sellers through effective troubleshooting support
- Coordinate and execute operations for marketing campaigns

**Requirements**:

- Currently studying in a recognised university or polytechnic
- Creative and innovative approach to problem solving
- Entrepreneurial spirit, passionate about helping businesses to grow
- Organised and works well in a dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills enjoys interacting and forming relationships with partners
- Analytical and comfortable with data, Microsoft Excel skills will be advantageous
- Relevant experience in e-commerce is a plus
- Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
- Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply
