
Administrative Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining office supplies
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence as needed
- Assist with accounting and financial tasks, such as invoicing, expenses, and budget tracking
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for business trips
- Handle other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management team
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-oriented approach
- Familiarity with office software (e.g. MS Office, Google Suite) and accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks, Xero)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Basic Chinese proficiency
