**Job Highlights**

Location: Clementi

Working Hours: 8:30am to 6pm (Mon to Fri), 8.30am to 12noon(Alt Sat)

**Job Descriptions**
- Assist in preparing and providing sales quotation
- Issue Invoices
- Administrate source of suppliers
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales are handled efficiently
- Coordinate all administrative process in relation to work
- Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by manager

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years working experience in relevant position
- Team Player
- Positive working attitude
- Ability to work within tight timelines
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
