Sales Transaction Coordinator
**Job Summary**
The Sales Transactions Coordinator handles administrative tasks for account executives and sales representatives related to all transactional requests. Depending on entry level, this will be done under the supervision of a lead or senior resource.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide first line support on Incoming Documents for the region
- Some examples of what this role would be dealing with are signed orders that need to pass thru a due diligence check against specific details in the system to ensure accuracy of those sales orders, another example is the routing of Termination requests to the Terminations dedicated team to ensure the customer requests are reaching the corresponding team and getting processed in time to avoid billing errors further in the Quote to cash process
- Communicate effectively with a variety of departments within the company, and function well within a team framework
- Assist with department administrative tasks as needed (e.g. making sure contracts are returned to customers and made available internally in a timely manner)
- Responsible for small project work in addition to their primary responsibilities
Data Validation
- Ensures that all requests are processed accurately as per the request
- Is required to investigate data issues related to specific transactions
Document Routing Administration
- Manages, routes, and supervises all Sales documents, including Non-Disclosure Agreements, Quotes, Master Service Agreements
- Ensures that all documents that require countersignature are routed to the appropriate signer for booking and SOX compliance
**Qualifications**
- Ability to work and adapt in an international, fast pace and continuously changing environment

- Data analytical skills, ability to make structure in complex situations. Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy

- Expertise in MS Word, Excel (including Excel pivot tables), PowerPoint required
- Good command of English language (Written and Oral)
Education and Experience
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, preferably in computer-related field
- 2-3 years of experience in Sales Support preferably in Telecommunications or IT industry with a basic understanding of the Order Processing cycle
