Queenstown, Singapore ESSEC Business School Full time

We are looking for an Operations Specialist to provide operations & administrative support to program managers on internship tracking & reporting, job portal administration, coordinate event/workshop logistics and assist students on behalf of program manager on the technical issues in the various platforms. **This is a two years non-renewable contract.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Program Managers in workshops/events logistics and administration to enable planned outcomes
- Assist in ad hoc job/internship/event posting on Career Centre
- Track student attendance in workshops + follow up with absent students on documentation for absence, and update Program Managers on status
- Assist in the validation of internship submission on internal internship portal and generate internship status report
- To retrieve Field Experience (FE) mission details from internal internship portal and consolidate it for Program Manager’s first approval
- To liaise with IT support in France for any students with technical issues when using the internal internship portal
- Daily update of Students internship and FE mission status in excel sheet, including tracking students on the paperwork such as ensuring that all students complete paperwork before work commencement
- To cover Program Manager during absence especially for internship validation activities
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

**Position Requirements**:

- Comfortable and competent in operations & administrative work and liaising with international students
- Good with IT and MS suite such as Excel
- Skills in marketing & e-poster creation (bonus)

**Qualifications**:
‘A’ levels and above, preferably with min. 2yrs of experience in administrative functions especially in the education sector

**Contacts**:
Students, program managers, IT support on both campuses in APAC & France, external vendors

**Work Environment**:
Fast paced and autonomous

**Terms of Employment**:
Mon - Fri, 8 hours per day (hybrid work arrangement)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: $2,600.00 - $3,500.00 per month
