**ADMIN / HR Executive**
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for simple full set of accounts
- Responsible for monthly accounting reconciliation
- Data entry for maintenance of proper filing system, ensuring all records are in proper order.
- Prepare monthly statement claims, GST, CPF and related bills.
- Liaise with auditor and tax agent.
- processing, CPF submission staff leave record.
- Responsible for ensuring clients payment is paid on time.
- Photocopying, arrangement and filing of vouchers.
- Perform admin related duties and ad-hoc duties.
**Knowledge & Skills**:
- Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experiences in
Admin/Accounts/HR functions.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
