**[Key Roles ＆ Responsibilities:]**

・Cash back support for our company's website users.

・Perform customers information and applicable condition screening on daily basis

・Summarize user information

・Communicate effectively with relevant internal parties to obtain KYC documents.

・Communicate with the company members and share information. Preparation of documents.

・Bank remittance work and double check of information.

・Preparing a report

・Other tasks necessary for business start-up. The above is the job duties after the launch of the new business.

The following are admin tasks as a training period until the business starts.

・Assisting in HR, Admin, Accounting department, and business promotion

・Overall office management (equipment management, mailboxes check, communicate with vendeors, etc.)

・Branch office management (equipment management, mailbox check, communicate with vendors, etc.)

・Miscellaneous office work such as receiving packages, etc.

**[Job Requirement]**

・Japanese / Daily conversation level (Speaking, Writing and Reading)

・English / Business level

・Person who has high IT literacy

・Person who is methodical and who has hign communication skills

・Able to work independently

・Multi tasking

・Able to use internet basic browser

・Those who has self problem-solving skills

・Fast Learner and deliver work accuracy.

・Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and priotrize.

・Any age or educational background.

**[Working hours]**

Monday - Friday 9:00-18:00 (1 hour break time)

Saturday, Sunday and Singapore's PH is offday

**[Salary]**

▶Full Time

SGD 2,700/Month~

・3 months probation period

・Annual salary evaluation after 1 year from joining the company

・1 to 2 months annual bonus after 1 year from joining the company

▶Part time

SGD 17/hr~

・3 months trial period

・Annual salary evaluation after 1 year from joining the company

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

**Salary**: From $2,700.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
