HR & Admin Executive

We are seeking 1 proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to support our HR and Admin operations. This role provides critical support in payroll, recruitment, employee engagement, and worker management within a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities- Handle accurate and timely payroll processing, including salary computation, benefits administration, and staff claims.
- Support HR operations across recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee movements, training, and statutory reporting.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date personnel records and documentation.
- Assist in managing worker-related matters, including employment and mobilization processes, accommodation allocation and upkeep, and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and company events.
- Provide general administrative support when required.
- Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
- Diploma or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking colleagues).
- Immediate availability will be highly advantageous
