**Job Description - Administrative Assistant to the CEO**

**Your Mission**
**What You'll Do**
- Act as a liaison (for internal and external parties) and provide support to CEO;
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organization;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external parties on all matters pertaining to the CEO;
- Work closely with CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, follow up appropriately;
- Coordinate all teams’ meetings and retreats and assist with staff meetings and events as needed;
- Provide “gatekeeper” and “gateway” role, providing a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and staff;
- Provide hospitality to all guests and help to create a welcome environment;
- Set up interviews and analytics for each process, preparing reports accurately;
- Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization.
**What You'll Bring**
- Minimum of two (2+) years of experience in Service-line or Administrative role. A Degree in Human Resources or related field would be a bonus point;
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments;
- Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented and meticulous, with strong work ethic, accountability, and ownership at work;
- Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance;
- Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround;
- Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information;
- Competency in Microsoft package;
- A team player;
- Can-do attitude;
- Critical & logical thinking;
- Problem solver.
