**Position: Executive Assistant to CEO (Full-time, Singapore)**:
**Company Overview**
Dingqian Health-Tech International Pte. Ltd. is a lifestyle and wellness group based in Singapore, engaged in premium dining and private club operations. We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive **Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO**to provide comprehensive administrative and management support to the company’s top executive.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements with efficiency and discretion.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
- Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO, ensuring timely and professional correspondence.
- Assist in managing company operations and administrative processes to support smooth daily workflow.
- Prepare, review, and organize documents, reports, and presentations for management meetings and projects.
- Liaise with department heads, partners, and stakeholders to support business initiatives and track progress on key projects.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive company and executive matters.
- Support the CEO in strategic planning, task prioritization, and cross-department coordination.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or Administrative Manager.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities (English and Mandarin proficiency preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern collaboration tools.
- Mature, reliable, and able to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
