**Primary Responsibilities**:

- **Membership Processing**:

- **Data Management**:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records, including photographs, contact information, and membership status.
- **Member Support**:

- Provide excellent customer service to members by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, conducting Club Tours, and assisting with membership-related matters.
- **Membership Communications**:

- Develop and implement effective communication strategies, including sending welcome packages, renewal reminders, and other relevant notifications.
- **Sales and Lead Generation**:

- Generating high-quality leads through various channels, including proactive outreach and social media engagement.
- Effectively follow up on inquiries, deliver compelling product information, and convert leads into new members.
- **Social Media Marketing & Content Creation**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content, including posts, stories, videos, and live sessions, to attract and retain members.
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to maximize reach and ROI.
- **Marketing Plan Execution & Analysis**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Generate reports on marketing and sales metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Excellence customer service with good interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in oral and written English, another language is a plus (To liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking associates)
- A collaborative team player with strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Prior Sales and marketing experience is a plus.
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,800.00 per month
