Good exposure to various aspects of the HR function
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Organized, meticulous & detail oriented
Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions such as Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Training & Development, HR Administration & Payroll, etc.
Other adhoc admin duties as may be assigned
