We are seeking an organized and proactive HR Specialist to join the Impact Family International School team. **Position Overview**

The HR Specialist will be responsible for understanding and implementing the school’s organizational structure, designing and executing employee training programs to clarify roles and reporting relationships, and managing comprehensive HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Organizational Structure Management & Employee Training**

Deeply understand the school’s organizational structure and provide comprehensive training to new employees on roles, responsibilities, and reporting relationships.

Design and execute targeted training programs to ensure employees are well-equipped to meet role-specific expectations and contribute to organizational goals.

**Recruitment & Onboarding**

Prepare and finalize employment contracts and offer letters.

Conduct onboarding programs to help new hires adapt to the school’s culture and workflow efficiently.

**Employee Relations**

Act as a communication bridge between employees and management, addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive work environment.

Organize team-building activities to enhance employee morale and collaboration.

Collaborate with management to support employees' career development plans.

**Performance & Training Management**

Support and execute performance appraisal processes, coordinating schedules, gathering feedback, and maintaining records.

Identify and implement training and development opportunities to enhance the team’s capabilities.

**HR Operations & Compliance**

Ensure confidentiality and accuracy by maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, payroll, and leave details.

Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to align with school standards.

Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and educational industry standards.

**Qualifications and Requirements**

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in human resource roles, preferably in the education sector.

Strong understanding of organizational structure management with the ability to design and execute employee training programs.

Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with teams and management.

Exceptional time management and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

**Language Requirements**

Fluency in English is essential for daily communication and documentation. Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage for effective interaction within a bilingual environment and with stakeholders.

**Salary Range**

SGD 4,000 to 6,000 (negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
