**Job description**
- Arrange goods to be collected, delivered and ensure documents are signed and update in system
- Inspection of goods upon receival and for outgoing
- Pick and pack of goods for outgoing
- Monthly stock count
- Develop and maintain filing system
- Archival of both digital and hard-copy documents in orderly manner
- Procurement, coordination and administration of office matters
- Manages relevant reports to ensure on-time submission with required detail and accuracy
- Data entry, general administrative duties
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Highly responsible and reliable
- Has initiatives to problem solve, positive attitude, fast learner
- Ability to handle multiple tasks by priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (excel, word, powerpoint)
- Organized and detail oriented
- Diligent and good physique
- Desire to thrive in a collaborative environment where team work is the key to success
- Min. Diploma or Fresh grad, willing to learn
