Provide different stakeholders in the company with HR advisory pertaining HR matters and to oversee all daily operation of the HR department
- To assist in the recruitment processes including job postings, screening, scheduling and conducting of interviews
- Application, renewal and cancellation of foreign worker passes
- Prepare all employment-related documents from onboarding, periodic performance assessment, disciplinary-related and clearance matters
- Assist onboarding to off-boarding processes, including staff orientation and exit interviews
- Manage and handle daily HR functions using HR software (including employees’ records, leaves matters, claims, timesheet and other HR administrative matters)
- Develop, oversee and implement compensation, incentives packages and other HR initiatives
- Implement performance review procedures
- Assist in processing and managing employees’ constructive feedbacks
- Develop, review and update of Firm’s HR Policies and ensure compliance with the prevailing regulations.
- Any other HR & Administrative duties required
**Requirements**:
- 5 days work week
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or Administrative/Business studies
- Minimum of 1-year experience in HR and HRMS software
- Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices
- Proactive, committed and a team player
- Possess initiative and ability to work independently
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,600.00 - $3,500.00 per month
