The Company is looking for a Receptionist to manage the front desk of our serviced office and to perform a variety of administrative tasks
- Greet visitors entering the office, determine nature and purpose of visit, direct them to the meeting rooms and informing stakeholders
- Oversee and manage the booking management system, manage members’ visit to the bookable spaces, regulate the occupancy and attend to members’ enquiries
- Maintain optimum housekeeping of the premises and ensure smooth daily operations and identify areas of gaps and improvements
- Collect, sort, and distribute mails
- Attend to deliveries and running of company errands
- Prepare and serve drinks to visitors
- Answer, screen, and forward calls or take messages
- Managing office supplies such as stationery, pantry supplies and other office equipment and furniture
- Expenses and travel administration support
- Performing ad-hoc administration duties, projects and other tasks assigned (Events management, HR related projects)

**Requirements**:

- Consistent, professional dress and manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Schedule:
