We are looking for someone disciplined who can manage themselves and is confident in getting work done in a precise and efficient manner.

Scope
- Handle full spectrum of HR duties
- Identify current and future human resource needs to formulate strategic plans for the organization
- Provide HR-specific, general administrative and secretarial support in managing employee resources and human capital
- Handle recruitment, interview and selection
- Design, implement and focus on building effective, transparent and consistent compensation schemes and benefits policies according to market trends on regular basis
- Lead, engage and manage employee relation issues pertaining to engagement, performance improvement plans, discipline, grievance etc.
- Manage and work with teams on evaluation, design, integration, enhancement and customisation of HRIS systems
- Enhance the Talent Management areas in areas of Attraction, Retention and Bonding to build a strong culture among the staff.
- Manage, determine and oversee manpower training, learning and development
- Support and facilitate employee development process such as annual appraisal, remuneration changes, promotions, transfers, and succession planning.

Requisite
- At least a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar capacity is required
- Familiar with employment law and practices
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
