Support the Senior Assistant Director in reviewing, developing, and implementing human resource plans and programmes aimed at making the hospital an 'Employer of Choice.' Collaborate closely with management, various departments or business units, unions, and employees to achieve both short-term and long-term HR goals and objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with business units and employees to provide value-added advice, support, and services in attracting, retaining, training, developing, rewarding, caring for, and engaging our talents.
- Administer and execute HR functions and processes, including recruitment, orientation, benefits, compensation, awards, communication, industrial relations, staff wellness, scholarships/sponsorships, and more.
- Serve as an effective and neutral channel for employee feedback through regular walkabouts and dialogue sessions, fostering an open and trusting culture within the hospital.
- Manage internship and sponsorship programmes to ensure a strong pipeline of future talents.
- Participate and support hospital projects and events as assigned or appointed.
- Support, promote, and participate in hospital events and innovation initiatives, including wellness, work-life balance, charity activities, staff suggestions, and process/work improvement projects.
- Undertake any other projects as assigned by the Head of Unit.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or relevant; a post-graduate qualification in HRM is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resource function.
- Positive work attitude with strong analytical skills.
- Organized, meticulous, proactive, and bold with a sense of urgency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven, customer-focused, and people-oriented.
- Strong passion and drive.
- Upholds good personal values, such as integrity.Proficient in computer software, e.g., MS Office.
