To join us in that journey, we're looking for driven Sales Executives to support FastJobs’ growth through excellent client servicing and help to upsell and resell the packages across their account portfolio.
**The role
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our products & services to your account portfolio and other potential clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Promote FastJobs through proactive outreach and persistent follow-up
- Well skilled in understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions across the FastCo suite of products
- Effectively communicate to provide information and sell in a consultative manner
- Build long-term relationships with customers; exceed customer expectations with proactive servicing and troubleshooting
- Confident in interpersonal skills which can help generate word-of-mouth referrals from the existing base of customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets; build sales pipelines independently
- Able to accurately identify potential customers as well as identify opportunities for expansion revenue.
**Key Requirements**
- Strong communicator in English and a 2nd language (written and spoken)
- Experience with using CRMs is an added advantage
- Willing to work hard and go the extra mile
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (especially in an agency or start-up environment) in sales and client account management
- Sales and after-sales service-driven mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills (multi-tasking is required)
- Customer service oriented; always placing your clients’ interests first
- Team player, and also independent with mínimal supervision required
- Knowledge in the HR recruitment industry will be an added advantage
