Looking for Admin / personal assistant in the Financial Service industry
- highly independent, supportive, caring ,and attentive and responsible individual who can help in the growth of a dynamic team in the high net worth Wealth planning space.
- Provide full secretarial support such as arrangement and co-ordination of internal group meetings, conferences,
- coordinate, Manage and maintain calendar for team meetings and events
- Clients Servicing including:
Prepare policies summaries and presentation materials, including PowerPoint decks ( existing templates available), claims etc
- Attend online course on behalf
- source for gifts during festive seasons
- Facilitate clients appreciation events for the high net worth clients
- facilitate occasional travel arrangements for team
- periodic submission of team production reports
- Document management /scanning/filing
- assist all new advisors on pre and post on boarding process,
- train new advisors on the online administrative work.
- occasional cross team work amongst director groups during reviews and Goals setting
- support all team building and goal setting events
- basic social media presence creation and posting
- Support in any other administrative/operational matters
- travel arrangements and claims reimbursements ( occasional )
- Liasing with product providers
- General insurance sales support
- Arranging for medical examniation
- Update team pipline and cases
