**Key Responsibilities**
In SATS Catering, recipes are integral to costing and production planning activities. The Master Data Management (MDM) Executive leads the team that works with the Chefs, Marketing Managers and Airline Relationship Managers to manage these recipes and other related master data in SAP S4 HANA. The MDM executive will be exposed to different aspects of SATS Catering and play a key role in aiding business stakeholders improve their decision making through enhanced data processes.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify business needs and enhance current data related processes
- Understand and translate the business objectives into data requirements and streamline data processes
- Oversee the MDM team handling SAP S4 HANA data requests and guide them on work improvement methods
- Work with SATS Catering departments to collect user feedback and assist them to adhere to master data policies, standards, and guidelines.
- Participate in data strategy planning for SATS Catering
- Any other tasks assigned by MDM Lead

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualifications
- At least 1 year experience in food manufacturing industry is preferred
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with all associates and management levels
- Good Interpersonal skills, pro-active, strong sense of ownership
- Highly motivated and result oriented
- Able to work independently and meticulously in a fast pace environment
