Partners Campaigns & Promotions
· Execute marketing calendar for campaigns with partners (Payment, Banks, CAG)
· Distribution of internal memos and briefing for staff
· Campaign performance tracking, reporting and invoicing if any
· Support Marketing manager in any marketing campaign planning and execution
Shilla Loyalty Program
Shilla Loyalty Program for Travelers
· Support marketing manager in the development of traveller APP
· Plan and execute CRM campaigns
· Assist marketing manager in partners' management
· Track KPIs for post-campaign reporting, analysis
Shilla Access Program (Airport Pass Community)
· Manage day to day operational needs
· Partner with Promotions team to run sales-driving initiatives
· Collaborate with CAG APIC team and Changi tenants to drive acquisition
Maintenance and monitoring of Shilla's platforms Maintain Shilla social media calendar
· Monitor feedback and comments on Shilla's platform
· Manage any consumer dispute with Customer Service team
· Ensuring promotions are updated on both Shilla's corporate site and social channels
Shilla Initiatives
· Manage agency during campaigns
· Oversee drafting of press releases, media drops etc
· Facilitate press release approvals with HQ, management and partners
Ad-hoc Initiatives
· Fluid to take up ad-hoc responsibilities
· Flexibility to shift amongst teams
Requirements:
· Minimum 3-4 years in a similar capacity, preferably in retail, hospitality, or beauty industries
· Degree/Diploma in Marketing or equivalent
· Great command of written & spoken English & Chinese necessary for copywriting
· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
· Experience in loyalty marketing a bonus
· Independent self-starter with strong business acumen
· Good team-player with high EQ and ability to manage multiple-stakeholder relationships and external partners
