Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Manage SIAEC's portfolio of joint venture companies (JVCs) in Singapore and Asia Pacific, and oversee their financial and business performance.
  • Network with leading aerospace OEM partners, and regional leadership teams, to enhance SIAEC's professional relationship and develop business opportunities with them.
  • Analyse and develop key insights into the JVCs to make strategic recommendations to enhance shareholder returns.
  • Engage the JVCs on a regular basis to add value to their business operations, particularly in the areas of Quality, Safety, Sustainability and Risk Management.
  • Work with SIAEC senior management and internal auditors to ensure the JVCs adhere to stringent standards of governance and compliance.
  • Review JVC business plans to ensure sustainable business growth while driving productivity improvements and innovation.
  • Organise networking events with OEM partners, JVCs, government agencies, industry bodies and leading consultants to get updates on the latest industry trends and seek areas of cooperation.

Requirements
  • Degree in Business / Finance / Accounting, or Engineering with modules in Business / Finance / Accounting
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills, meticulous with numbers, team player with positive learning attitude, has initiative, and is able to follow up closely to resolve issues
  • Stakeholder management skills
