
Senior Executive/Assistant Manager Human Resources Total Rewards

Role Purpose (Why do we need this role?)
Senior Executive / Assistant Manager HR (Total Rewards) supports the design, implementation, and administration of Total Rewards programs across the organization. The role emphasizes Benefits management while also contributing to broader rewards initiatives such as salary reviews, benchmarking, and compensation partnering with Divisions. The incumbent will act as a subject-matter advisor on employee benefits and provide operational and analytical support to ensure competitive, compliant, and cost-effective total rewards practices.
Role Accountabilities
Benefits Management
- Administer and manage employee benefits programs (medical, insurance, flexible benefits, etc.) across all employee groups.
- Work with insurance brokers, vendors, and service providers to ensure cost-effective plans and seamless employee experience.
- Monitor utilization, cost trends, stakeholders and employee feedback on benefits; propose enhancements to maintain competitiveness.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and alignment with company policies.
- Lead benefits review and renewal processes, including proposals, negotiations, and implementation.
Compensation Management
- Support the annual salary review, bonus cycle, and benefits review processes.
- Maintain and update salary ranges and allowances related items.
- Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking studies.
- Prepare reports and analysis for management decision-making.
- Provide advice to HR Business Partners and line managers on compensation and benefits queries
Continuous Improvement
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in total rewards.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in total rewards processes and systems.
- Support in Total Rewards initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of TR programs.
Key Qualifications & Skills
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related qualification
- Min. 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with strong emphasis on Benefits Management such as benefits practices, insurance programs and statutory regulations.
- Proficiency in Excel and SuccessFactors system; strong analytical and data management skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to work with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make recommendations.
Business Partnering: Trusted advisor to Divisions, balancing business needs with HR policies.
Stakeholder Management: Effective collaboration with HRBPs, and vendors.
Execution & Delivery: Organized, with proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
