**Key Responsibilities** Human Resource Planner**:

- Analyse, identify, visualize and describe key trends within large datasets
- Visualise patterns arising out of data analysis and turn these into compelling stories
- Develop predictive analytics to help Business Leaders make better people decisions
- Work with Gateway human capital business partners to understand their business challenges and conduct focus groups to deep dive on solution for improvement
- Collect insights at each stage of the employee life-cycle, from pre-boarding to exit and translate the data into meaningful insights to make informed decisions to enhance employee experience

**Business Partnering**:

- Provide strategic HR advice and consultancy to the Business Leaders
- Support delivery of HR activities and processes (such as performance management, manpower planning, compensation and benefit) and ad-hoc projects at the business level
- Responsible for guiding and implementing strategic and tactical HR initiatives aligned to business/organization’s objectives

**Key Requirements** Key Requirements**:

- Degree holder in Business Analytics, Human Resources, Data Science or Computer Science with at least 3-5 years of experience in data analysis and/or human resource
- Familiarity with RPA is an added advantage
- Self-driven and motivated individual with an ability to effectively plan and prioritize work
- Good digital acumen and data savviness with a strong analytical mindset to support data-driven problem-solving
