On Behalf of an Education Institute (School), Galaxy Consulting is looking out for a HR Manager.

He/ she exercises substantial management in overseeing the full spectrum of human resource functions, including execution and management of HR services and activities to support overall HR and school strategies. Responsibilities include administration of hiring, retention, termination, personnel records, legal compliance, compensation, benefits, and long-term staffing strategies; development and administration of personnel rules and regulations, pay and job classification structure, and programmes for employee development and training. Also provides HR assistance to the Director, Finance & Operations to ensure HR practices are in compliance to local laws and statutory/ audit requirements and consistent with the overall strategic direction of the school.

**Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field
- Skillsets in administration, organisation and management and be able to plan and manage the whole school HR budget
- You should possess strong knowledge of local employment & labor laws and HR practices and familiar with various types of government grants and incentives
- You should be confident to advise management on implications and implementation of new HR policies and adept at conflict resolution and problem solving
