**Purpose**
- Build the business into sustainable growth by generating revenues and increase in market share.
**Accountabilities**
- Develop and implement sales strategies together with the leadership team according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth for Singapore.
- Conduct direct market research and analysis to create business plans on commercial opportunities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Implement and execute sales strategies to drive revenues growth through new clients.
- Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into profitable deals.
- Prepare business proposals, conduct sales presentations and take part in the pricing negotiation process.
- Perform risk assessment when working with new clients.
- Review existing contracts, make commercial terms recommendations till contract renewal process completion.
- Perform competitor analysis and interpret market trends.
**Skills and Competencies**
- At least 3 years of business development experience in the Private Sector space.
- Prior experience in the recruitment agency industry a plus.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, motivated and have a can-do attitude.
**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
