**The Role**
We’re seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across Singapore and wider Southeast Asia. This role is about developing and executing a regional sales strategy, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding our footprint in APAC markets.
You’ll be based at our Singapore office, with a hybrid working model (Tue-Thu in-office, Mon & Fri remote). The role also includes regional and international travel to meet customers and industry partners.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Own sales performance across Singapore and designated regional markets.
- Acquire, develop, and retain a portfolio of maritime/offshore customers.
- Build and manage existing relationships with shipowners, operators, yards, and partners.
- Plan and execute business trips to drive revenue and customer engagement.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and contribute to business planning.
- Consistently achieve KPIs and revenue/profit targets.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven success in B2B technical solution sales (minimum 2 years).
- Experience in maritime, offshore, or industrial technical sales is strongly preferred.
- Strong track record in negotiation, closing deals, and customer acquisition.
- Resilience and drive — confident in prospecting and building new business.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a global team.

**What We Offer**
- **Base salary: SGD $72,000 - $77,000 per annum (fixed)**:
- **Commission scheme** linked to personal performance - OTE SGD $15,600 per annum
