Implement technical, safety, and soft-skill training programs.

4. Performance Management

Oversee performance appraisal systems and link them with rewards and productivity.

Work with department heads to set KPIs and monitor employee performance.

Recommend promotions, transfers, or corrective actions.

5. Compensation & Benefits

Develop fair wage structures aligned with industry standards.

Manage payroll, overtime, and shift allowance policies.

Oversee employee benefits such as insurance, medical coverage, and retirement schemes.

6. Health, Safety & Compliance

Collaborate with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) teams to ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.

Conduct regular safety audits and promote a culture of safe work practices.

Ensure compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and relevant authorities.

7. Employee Engagement & Culture

Foster positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.

Organize employee welfare programs, team-building, and recognition activities.

Encourage continuous improvement and worker participation.

8. HR Policy & Administration

Develop and update HR policies in line with organizational needs and legal requirements.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Ensure smooth HR operations across shifts and multiple production sites.
