We are looking for a Quality Specialist to support in specific areas of expertise such as food safety, HACCP, auditing, hygiene, pest control, chemical contaminants, microbiology food safety, sensory, thermal processing, statistical process control, net content management etc.

**A day in the life of...**
- Promote quality awareness across the company. Contribute to competence development of quality mindset across the organization.
- Define and update the specific quality procedures, instruction, and tools.
- Supports the Nestlé Continuous Excellence program in the quest for zero defect, including root cause analysis after incidents (or near misses) and DMAIC.
- Supports activities to achieve compliance with the Nestlé Quality Management System requirements and other applicable instructions and standards.
- Deliver training for their specific areas of expertise.
- Support in HACCP study, PFSA, Cleaning Validation, GMP inspections, NMS audits, Internal audits.
- Assess that the Nestlé Quality Management System is in place and is obtaining expected results in a given operating unit.

- University graduate or equivalent (Food Science related)
- Have experiences in implementing quality assurance programs:

- Participating in project teams
- Leading part of a change effort
- Participating in audit teams and/or improvement projects
- Able to establish networks of peers in factory
- Able to demonstrate competence to support business requirements
- A team player in the factory: Quality, Production Support, Application Group
