As a Senior Packaging Specialist, you will deliver short, medium and long-term packaging solutions to businesses and markets as per packaging roadmaps through Nestle's packaging environmental sustainability policy, consumer-led innovation or technology push for the Dairy Milo category. You will deliver and execute the Dairy R&D Milo packaging roadmap and packaging support to Dairy R&D I&R Milo projects. In addition, you will lead E2E Milo R&D packaging projects.

**A day in the life of...**
- Deliver packaging solutions to the SBU and Zones as per business strategy; launch innovative concepts in the markets; explore new packaging technologies; drive cost improvement projects; build and document knowledge about trends and developments in relevant areas; contribute to the definition of the packaging strategy.
- Support, lead or manage projects with cross-functional teams, deliver project requirements according to project governance. Recommend, plan and deliver technical and scientific expertise for R&D center projects, SBUs, Zones and Markets.
- Provide accurate, cost-efficient and timely support to Zones and NPTCs using knowledge of Best-in-Class Specifications and through problem-solving methodologies; build competence in the markets by delivering functional training.
- Develop Packaging related tools and competences, Coach team members, supervise trainees. Involvement and participation in Networks.

**What will make you successful**
- Masters / Engineering Degree in Packaging
- 7 to 10 years packaging experience dry dairy powder, liquid dairy and sensitive food in R&D with projects development, industrialisation and launches, including paper packaging.
- Developed knowledge of packaging quality, safety and hygiene requirements.
- Developed knowledge of packaging sustainability design, recycling and low carbon emission.
- Knowledge of packaging material (laminate, mono film, paper, fiber, metal, aluminum, plastic resin, biosourced resin, compostable resin) and of filling & packing technology (HFFS, VFFS).
