We are looking for a Associate Microbiology Specialist to support in the planning, execution, and follow-up of operational tasks in PTC/R&D. In this role, you would be working closely with specialists, project managers and experts on planning, carrying out, and following up on trials/tests in relation to innovation and renovation of products/processes/systems following NGMP/NGLP, NIMS, NesTMS and NPDI.

**A day in the life of...**
- Planning, execution and deliver results on time for completion of operations and trials/tests together with relevant colleagues
- Follow up on results and notify if there is out of specification, participation in evaluation of results
- Guide and responsible for Safety, Health and Environment of the microbiological lab
- Compliance with practices and procedures defined by Nestlé Good Manufacturing Practices, Nestlé Good Laboratory Practices, Nestlé Integrated Management System (Including Nestlé Quality Management System) and local regulatory requirements
- Deliver operational support for PTC/R&DC projects
- Ensure test results in LIMS and support projects management in NPDI
- Present results/methods in written and oral form to interested parties or visitors
- Contribute to knowledge building and business-related project activities with a proactive participation
- Integrate operational knowledge and safety, health and environment knowledge into projects
- Actively participate in projects to improve processes and procedures within own area
- Coach and guide younger project team members and interns
- Ensure GLP in place and sustain the practice
- ICP of equipment & methods are done on schedule
- Planning of the ICP schedule when required
- Guide and responsible for Safety, Health and Environment of the microbiological lab (including contractors, interns, visitors)

**What will make you successful**
- Minimum 2-5 years of R&D or/and operating/factory experience in the product category
- Has experience conducting trials/ tests
- Up to date knowledge of quality, safety and hygiene and environment requirements
- NCE trained
- Exposure in different project and support activities of the organization
- Able to demonstrate continuous initiative
