**HR EXECUTIVE - Business Partner**
As a Business Partner located in Singapore, you are accountable for delivery of all HR services including employee relations, communications, site leadership on benefit/ compensation programs, staffing, organizational and people development programs to the Manufacturing team. You will contribute to HR practices and initiatives in partnership with managers to promote the achievement of business goals.

**A week in the life of a HR Executive - Business Partner**:

- You will work closely with specific managers and their teams as a strategic partner by providing support, delivery and advisory services in key areas such as performance and change management, talent acquisition and compensation and benefits to fulfil operational objectives.
- You will collaborate with hiring managers during the screening and interviewing process and provides regular status updates of the recruiting process.
- You will work closely with HR shared service team to support day-to-day HR operational needs including administrative tasks.
- You will present HR issues and propositions to management from a business perspective in order to continuously add value to the organization.

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:

- **To succeed at this job, you must have**: knowledge of each country’s local legislation, labor relations and practices. Excellent employee relation skills including the ability to influence and communicate across all employee levels.
- **It would be preferred if you have **strong skills in decision making, problem-solving and analysis.
- **You must be **fluent in English.
- **We would like someone to join our team who **is independent, resourceful, self-motivated, results-driven and business-minded.
- **You must have **Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Studies/ Administration or relevant field.
- **We are looking for someone with **at least 3-4 years working experiences in a MNC company and preferred in manufacturing environment.
