We are currently recruiting for a **Strong Solutions Sales Manager **for our client who is growing their presence in Asia.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented sales to join their dynamic SaaS sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic sales who is passionate about technology and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
In this role, you will work closely with current and prospective customers as a trusted digital advisor to understand and solve client’s challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring a win-win outcome for both the client and the company.
- Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our SaaS solution to prospective clients.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, understanding their business needs and aligning our solution to address their pain points.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and agreements with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, managing the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.
- Collaborate with the implementation and support teams to ensure a smooth transition for clients from the sales phase to the implementation phase.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities, update customer information, and generate accurate sales reports
**Required Competencies**
- Track record of consistently achieving or surpassing quota, in Services sales, preferably in SaaS
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach to achieving results.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients
- Customer Focused - personally demonstrated that both external and internal customers are a high priority by identifying, and responding to their needs in a timely and efficient manner
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- Experience in selling to clients within the FSI sector / healthcare sector / Oil & Gas sector is an advantage.
- Strong active listening skills, consultative style, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using a CRM system for lead tracking and maturation, forecasting and contact management.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.
