**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced APAC Solutions Director to lead our regional AV solutions strategy across the Asia-Pacific region. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep technical expertise, strong commercial acumen, and a solid background in the AV industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and implementation of AV solution strategies across APAC
- Work closely with regional sales and engineering teams to design and deliver tailored solutions for clients
- Provide high-level technical and strategic support in key client engagements and proposals
- Oversee cross-functional collaboration between presales, project delivery, and operations teams
- Stay abreast of market trends and drive innovation in AV solution offerings
- Manage and mentor regional solution architects and presales teams

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in the AV industry, with proven success in solutions leadership or similar roles
- Strong technical knowledge of AV systems, integration, and solution design
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Audio/Visual Technology, Information Technology, or a related field
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of the APAC market and experience working across multiple countries in the region
